Erika Nordling

Erika Nordling has a diverse work experience. Erika began their career as a Cashier and Shop Assistant at Maxi ICA Stormarknad Kalmar in 2008. Erika then worked as a Kitchen Assistant at Ölands Golfrestaurang and as a Receptionist at Hotell Charlotte in 2010. In 2011, they joined Axfood where they held various roles such as Category Support, Assistant Category Manager Non-Food, and EDI Coordinator. From 2015 to 2018, they served as an Assistant Category Manager at Axfood. In 2018, they transitioned to the Espresso House Group where they worked as a Category Manager until 2020. Erika then became a Purchasing Manager before taking on their current role as the Head of Product Supply Chain & Procurement.

Erika Nordling pursued their Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Marketing at Kalmar University from 2005 to 2009. Erika then furthered their education at Uppsala University, where they obtained a Master's degree in Strategic Marketing Management from 2009 to 2011. Additionally, Erika participated in exchange studies at Sheffield Hallam University during the 2007-2008 academic year, focusing on Tourism and Marketing.
