Benedikt Bünz

Benedikt Bünz is the current Chief Scientist at Espresso Systems. Benedikt's research focuses on improving privacy for blockchain transactions and smart contracts. Benedikt's previous experience includes working as a Research Intern at Visa from July 2017 to September 2017 and as a Simulation Engineer at BandwidthX from September 2013 to September 2014. Benedikt also has experience working as a Projektmitarbeiter at VIA MAT MANAGEMENT from September 2011 to April 2013.

Benedikt Bünz's educational career began with a Bachelor of Science in Informatik from the University of Zurich. Benedikt then went on to receive a Master of Science in Informatik from Stanford University. Finally, Benedikt Bünz earned their Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Science from Stanford University.
