Erika Griffin is the current Head of HR at EspriGas since May 2024. Prior to this role, Erika served as the Human Resources Manager at Elanders Americas from May 2015 to May 2024, where management of an HR department serving over 145 employees and 250+ temporary workers across three locations was accomplished while collaborating with global teams. Erika's earlier experience includes working as a Human Resources Coordinator at Renco Electronics from February 2013 to April 2015, managing all HR functions for a company with 140 employees. Erika holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management and an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Eastern Florida State College.
