Claudia Wagener

Claudia Wagener has extensive experience in technical product development and buying within the women's clothing sector. Currently serving as the Head of Technical Product Development Women at Esprit since March 2008, Claudia oversees technical coordination among various departments and manages the garment development process until production release. Prior roles include Head of Buying and Technic for the Women Collection and Buyer for the Women Collection at Esprit. Claudia's experience also encompasses leadership positions at Gerry Weber, where responsibilities included development and technical coordination from October 2002 to February 2008, as well as roles focused on technical product development at Kilott Modevertriebt and Markwald - Jean Claire. Claudia's educational background includes a degree as a state-certified clothing technician from Technical College Mönchengladbach and training in women's tailoring from Gertrud -Bäumer-School.
