Frank Nicolay

Frank Nicolay has over 20 years of experience in IT and SAP solutions, currently serving as the Director of IT Corporate Solutions at Esprit since 2007. In this role, Frank leads Digital Solutions across Finance, Controlling, Human Resources, and B2B Portal Solutions, overseeing both SAP and non-SAP applications. Previous positions at Esprit include Head of IT Business Technology Management, focusing on governance and quality of Master Data, and Head of Product Development Solutions, where Frank developed strategies for data lifecycle management. Prior to Esprit, Frank worked as a Senior SAP Developer at ComSol AG and as a Specialist in SAP Application Development at Xerox. Frank's educational background includes an MBA in Project Management and Strategic Management from Fachhochschule für Oekonomie und Management Neuss, an Application-Developer degree for SAP R/3, and a Diploma in Natural Sciences from the University of Düsseldorf.
