Chantel Rocha is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in customer service and account management. Currently serving as the Operations Support Team Leader at ESP Utilities Group Ltd since August 2023, Chantel previously held several positions at SafeGroup Services Limited, including Head of Customer Excellence and Customer Service Team Lead, where responsibilities included leading customer care teams across England and Scotland and designing training manuals.
