Espyr® helps people and organizations reach their full potential by supporting mental health and addressing behavioral issues that get in the way of personal and organizational performance. For over 30 years, we’ve been helping employees, students and organizations. We started by offering Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs). Then times changed, and so did the way organizations cared for their people. Leading companies now recognize all the ways mental health issues can impact the entire organization, from productivity to employee happiness to business performance. In fact, mental health can even exacerbate chronic physical conditions, driving healthcare claims costs more than most people realize. We’re a mental health provider, and so much more. With a portfolio of innovative counseling, coaching and consulting solutions, the Espyr continuum of care is able to address these issues from all angles, helping companies who have adopted this holistic view of care for their people and their bottom line at the same time.
