Georgios Daskalakis

Georgios Daskalakis is currently a Software Developer at esqLABS. Prior to that, they were an RPA Developer at Daimler Group Services Berlin (DGSB) from September 2018 to November 2019. Before that, they took a sabbatical from November 2017 to August 2018 to learn new skills and meditate. Prior to that, they were a Software Engineer at BTC - Business Technology Consulting AG from July 2015 to October 2017. Georgios was responsible for the implementation of new features for BTC AG's PRINS software, through programming on C++ and C (IDE: Visual Studio) of both Backend (Databank interfaces, automation of updates, linking with external systems) and Frontend (GUIs in MFC) parts. Georgios also was responsible for code refactoring of legacy code and writing unit tests in complex environments. Georgios collaborated closely with projects and clients for the fast and successful fixing of bugs. Georgios also supported code documentation and the introduction of video tutorials for PRINS features. In August 2017, they were promoted from Junior Engineer to Software Engineer.

Georgios Daskalakis received their Diplom Ingenieur in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens.

They work with Pavel Balazki - Senior Consultant, Vanessa Baier - Operations Manager, and Dr. Marco Albrecht - Quality Manager. Georgios Daskalakis reports to Dr. Stephan Schaller, CEO.
