Prior experience includes overseeing technology sector transactions at NIBC Bank from March 2016 to May 2022 and executing M&A and equity capital markets transactions at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. from 2009 to 2016. Laurens began a career in finance as a Paralegal at Clifford Chance between 2007 and 2009 and holds a Master of Laws from Utrecht University and a Master of Science from the University of Amsterdam.
