Karolyn Fulton is the owner of eSquared Communication Consulting, a human resources and employee benefits consultancy. Karolyn has over 20 years of experience in the field, having worked as a communication consultant for Aon and a benefits administrator for Crate & Barrel.

Fulton has a proven track record in developing and implementing communication strategies to market human resources programs and drive employee behavior change. Karolyn has extensive experience working with Fortune 500 companies, insurance carriers, and other health and wellness vendors.
