Avi Stadler

Avi Stadler has over 25 years of work experience in various legal and leadership roles. Avi is currently working at Esquire Deposition Solutions, LLC as an Executive Leader, General Counsel, and Chief of Staff. In this role, Avi is responsible for all human resource, legal, mergers and acquisition, real estate, and contract management functions. Avi also leads the company on culture and change-management initiatives and drives complex business transactions and contract negotiations.

Prior to their current role, Avi worked at Sutherland as a Counsel from 2010 to 2014. Before that, they served as the Director of Professional Development at McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP from 2008 to 2010. Avi was also a Partner at Sutherland Asbill & Brennan from 2002 to 2008, where they specialized in securities litigation, broker/dealer regulation, employment law, tax controversy, professional liability, and business litigation.

Earlier in their career, Avi worked as an Associate at McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP from 2000 to 2002, where they drafted employment and independent contractor agreements and handled litigation matters. From 1998 to 2000, they served as a Law Clerk at the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, gaining valuable experience in legal research and writing. Avi started their legal career as a Summer Associate at Troutman Sanders LLP.

Throughout their career, Avi has demonstrated strong leadership skills, successfully managed large caseloads, supervised teams, and effectively represented clients in various legal matters. Avi has also been involved in firm-wide and team committees, contributing to management, training, staffing, pro bono work, and business development.

Avi Stadler's education history begins in 1984 when they attended Marist High School. Avi completed their high school education there, although the field of study is unspecified. In 1990, Avi enrolled at Duke University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy Studies. Avi graduated from Duke in 1994. Following their undergraduate studies, Avi Stadler attended Emory University School of Law from 1995 to 1998. Avi obtained a Juris Doctor (JD) degree, specializing in Law.
