Pierre-Alexandre Humblot is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in private capital and real estate investment. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Private Capital at ESR, Pierre-Alexandre has successfully raised approximately USD 3 billion from institutional investors, negotiated complex fund agreements, and managed investment structures for major logistics projects in Japan. Prior roles include Head of Corporate Finance at Banque Internationale à Luxembourg, where innovative securitization vehicles were structured, and Head of Capital Markets at DTZ.
