Chris Ciancimino

Chris Ciancimino is an accomplished screenwriter and educator with extensive experience in the film and television industry. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor of Screenwriting at New York University Tisch School of the Arts and a screenwriting professor at Esra Film School of New York, Chris has also worked as a script consultant for Script + Polish since 2016. As a partner at Woodshed Entertainment Inc. since 2008, Chris has played a pivotal role in the development of various projects. Previous positions include Director of Creative Affairs at Closer Media, freelance copywriter roles at IF STUDIO and TAG Creative, and Head of Development at Portobello Pictures. Chris holds an MFA in Graduate Film and TV from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from The University of Manchester.
