Yelena Cruz Tovar

Yelena Cruz Tovar is a seasoned Geographic Information Systems Consultant with extensive experience in implementing GIS solutions for various sectors. Currently at Esri Colombia since October 2017, Yelena has contributed to the design and implementation of GIS projects for Air-e and Afinia, focusing on data migration and utility network modeling. Yelena's expertise encompasses roles as a Product Owner for cadastral projects, and previously held positions as a GIS Professional in real estate management and environmental sanitization projects for Ecopetrol. Additionally, Yelena has worked on urban waste management GIS initiatives in Buenos Aires and has experience in municipal consulting, data structuring, and field surveying. Yelena holds degrees in Urban and Regional Planning, Remote Sensing and GIS Applied to the Environment, and a Bachelor's degree in Cadastral and Geodetic Engineering from prestigious institutions.
