Nelson Schäfer

Nelson Schäfer is a Junior Support Analyst at Esri Germany since January 2022, specializing in ArcGIS Desktop support. Prior experience includes a student internship at eoVision GmbH, where Nelson developed web applications for a digital school atlas utilizing the OpenLayers and CESIUM libraries, along with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Additional roles include a student trainee at IABG focused on website programming and 3D animation creation with ESRI ArcScene, and a student trainee at Huber Medien GmbH working on cartographic projects for road atlases. Nelson holds a Master of Science in Digital Earth from both Paris Lodron Universität Salzburg and Palacký University in Olomouc, alongside a Bachelor of Engineering in Cartography and Geomedia Technology from Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences.
