Carl Walter

Carl Walter is the Director of Homeland Security Solutions at Esri, a position held since 2014. Previously, they served in various leadership roles at the Boston Police Department from 2001 to 2004, including Director of the Office of Research and Evaluation and Director of the Boston Regional Intelligence Center. Prior to that, Carl worked as a Senior Criminal Intelligence Analyst at the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department from 1990 to 1999. Carl holds a Master's degree in Criminal Justice Management from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from East Carolina University.
