Chris Vokaty

Chris Vokaty, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, SCC, and Prosci professional, currently serves as Program Manager for Adoption Strategy & Change Management at Esri since March 2020, leading strategic operations to enhance business growth in these areas. Promoted to Principal Functional Lead in February 2023, Chris’s role includes driving the adoption, utilization, and proficiency of ArcGIS initiatives through people-focused strategies. Prior experience includes serving as Sr. Director of Talent Development at Spectrum Enterprise, where innovative HR strategies and programs were implemented to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. Chris also held various leadership positions at Time Warner Cable, including Director of Talent Development and Vice President of Customer and Sales Operations, where significant improvements in sales performance and operational efficiency were achieved. Early career experience includes leading marketing and sales efforts at Galaxy Cablevision. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Regis University and a certificate in HR Transformation from Cornell University.
