Erika Stevermer

Erika Stevermer has a diverse background in customer service and event management, with experience across multiple industries. At Red Ventures, Erika directed over 100 inbound calls weekly and focused on closing sales in a single call. Prior roles include organizing large events and providing exceptional service as a waitress and party server at The Fox and Hound Northlake and Hooters of America, where Erika also trained staff and managed events. As a Camp Counselor at Camp Bow Wow, Erika ensured a safe environment for pets and assisted with clerical duties. Additional experience includes technical support roles at Esri, where Erika handled customer inquiries related to ArcGIS applications. Erika also served as a Patient Care Coordinator at Best Acupuncture, managing patient communications and scheduling. Educationally, Erika holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Earth and Environmental Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
