Francis Kelly

Francis Kelly is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, partner development, and operational leadership. Currently serving as Manager of Global Partner Programs at Esri since April 2017, Francis previously held the position of Vice President of Enterprise Solutions Services at Scaled Agile, Inc., where the focus was on enhancing software development practices through Lean-Agile principles. Earlier roles include Chief Operating Officer at CRMCulture, overseeing all operational facets, and Vice President of Sales for the Americas Region at Exelis Visual Information Solutions, leading a 24-person team. Francis began a career in sales with roles at Actuate and Rational Software. Francis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from Western Colorado University.
