Jordan Falk

Jordan Falk is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and multimedia management. Currently serving as Program Manager for Esri Academy since September 2017, Jordan leads support and feature development initiatives. Prior to this role, Jordan managed the Multimedia Specialist team within the Training Services department at Esri. Jordan's previous experience includes a tenure at Virtual Images, a division of Travel Tags, Inc., where roles included Sales Representative, Operations Manager, and Creative Manager, focusing on project management, creative staffing, and client account management. Jordan holds a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from the University of Redlands, obtained between 1999 and 2003.
