Margot Bordne

Margot Bordne is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and recruitment, currently serving as a Global Business Development Recruiter at Esri since October 2016. In this role, Margot collaborates with leaders to identify talent needs and execute recruitment processes to support Esri's vision. Margot also played a pivotal role as an Account Manager focusing on Racial Equity & Social Justice, co-leading initiatives since June 2020, and previously contributed as a Sales Development Representative. Prior to Esri, Margot managed international student programs at The Cambridge Institute of International Education and supervised field staff at the American Institute for Foreign Study. Margot holds a Master’s degree in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Justice Leadership from Tufts University, a BA from Syracuse University in Spanish Language, Literature and Culture, and participated in the SU Abroad Program in Chile.
