Thomas Coughlin

Thomas Coughlin is an accomplished professional in product engineering writing, with substantial experience at Esri as a Senior Product Engineering Writer and previously as a Product Engineering Writer, focusing on documentation for ArcGIS. Prior to joining Esri, Thomas served as a Case Investigator for Partners In Health, contributing to COVID-19 mapping initiatives, and held an internship with the Federal Geographic Data Committee. Academic experience includes research assistant roles at the University of Massachusetts Amherst under Dr. Anita Milman and Dr. Theo Eisenman, along with an internship at Massachusetts Rivers Alliance.
