Thomas Fair

Thomas Fair is an experienced professional in the field of geospatial technology, currently serving as the Director of the Esri Partner Network and Technical Director for Mapping, Location Services, and Analytics at Esri since September 2014. With a strong focus on applied location analytics, data science, and developer technologies, Thomas leads a team of Solution Engineers in designing solutions tailored to customer needs. Additionally, Thomas has served as CTO for Esri Partner Programs, where a partner enablement framework was developed to support Esri partners and startups. Previous roles include Senior GIS Analyst at Infotech Enterprises and IT Specialist at Southern California Edison, alongside foundational experience in engineering and drafting. Thomas holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a Transportation emphasis and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a Geospatial option, both from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
