Timothy Hales

Timothy Hales is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in education and geospatial technology, currently serving as a Senior Education Specialist at Esri since July 2010, where responsibilities include authoring content for software courses and collaborating with course development teams. Previously, Timothy held roles such as Enterprise Community Manager, contributing to the launch of GeoNet, and Education Specialist, focusing on course validation and content creation. Additional experience includes serving as a Planning Project Manager at Union County Public Schools, where analysis using Geospatial Technology was a key focus, along with roles in project management and financial assistance at various organizations. Timothy holds a BSBE in Information Technologies from East Carolina University, an A.A.S. in Geospatial Technology from Central Piedmont Community College, and a 2-year diploma in Business from Southeastern Free Will Baptist College.
