Prior to this, Maya held positions at CoreFX Ingredients LLC as a Marketing & PR Manager, Greenleaf Foods as a Marketing Manager for Foodservice Sales, and CSSI Marketing + Culinary as an Account Executive & Nutrition Consultant. Maya also has experience as a Dietetic Intern at Dominican University and as a Residential Counselor at Camelot Residential Treatment Center. Maya's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, Psychology, and Philosophy from Loyola University Chicago, as well as a Nutrition Certification Program in Dietetics and Health from Dominican University.
