Tracy Subka has been working as a Business Manager at Esrock Partners since 2008. With a background in commercial real estate at Chase from 1995 to 2005, Tracy enjoys the fast-paced environment and is always ready to take on new challenges. Some of Tracy's responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivables, handling billing and invoice data, preparing budgets and balance sheets, processing payroll, managing the 401(k) plan and compliance, overseeing employee on-boarding/off-boarding, handling healthcare insurance, and coordinating facilities management. Tracy also attended Moraine Valley Community College for education.
