Howard Deas

Howard Deas is an experienced educator and business analyst with a diverse professional background spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Substitute Teacher at ESS since September 2021, Howard has also provided ESL instruction at Willingboro Public Schools, supporting students in grades 1-4. Previous roles include working as an IT Business Analyst Consultant at Dantech Corporation Inc. and as a Title I Educational Assistant at Cherry Hill Public Schools, where Howard collaborated with educators to enhance student learning. Earlier in the career, significant experience was gained at the University of Pennsylvania, Radian Guaranty, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, and Bankers Trust Company, with a focus on business systems analysis, project management, and operational improvements. Howard holds a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Monmouth University and an MBA in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
