Jennifer Hacker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment, career services, and education. Currently serving as Regional Manager at ESS since December 2020, Jennifer has previously held positions as District Manager and Account Manager. With a background in corporate recruiting at ONO, and experience as College Events Manager at Wabash National, Jennifer has managed high-volume recruiting processes and developed strong employer relationships. Additionally, Jennifer has served as Adjunct Faculty at Purdue University, instructing courses on applied leadership and strategic planning. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Purdue University and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Indiana Wesleyan University.
