ESSA.App is a global AI-powered HR Tech platform that helps candidates navigate the job market more effectively while enabling employers to identify and hire better-prepared talent faster.

Unlike traditional job boards, ESSA.App focuses on the pre-hiring stage. We leverage artificial intelligence to improve candidate-role matching, enhance application quality, and prepare candidates for recruitment processes before they even submit an application.

The platform supports users in optimizing their CVs, preparing for interviews, identifying skill gaps, and planning career development. By improving candidate readiness and job fit, we reduce application noise, increase hiring efficiency, and help employers shorten time-to-hire.

ESSA.App is already available globally on iOS and Android, with more than 100,000 installs, demonstrating strong demand for AI-powered career development tools. This traction also enables us to build a unique pre-hiring dataset capturing candidate preparation, skills development, and career decision-making.

Key platform capabilities include:
• AI-powered job matching based on candidate profiles and career goals
• Role-specific CV optimization in multiple languages
• AI-driven interview simulations with video-based communication analysis
• A personal AI Career Assistant that guides users through career development and job preparation
• Accessibility and inclusion tools designed for users with dyslexia, language barriers, and other challenges

Our vision is to become the intelligent AI layer between talent and hiring systems, helping millions of people build careers while enabling organizations to identify, engage, and hire the right candidates more efficiently at scale.
