Bright Obamwonyi

Bright Obamwonyi, ACA, CFA, currently serves as Finance Manager for EET Fuels, focusing on the financial management of a 1.35GW portfolio of CCUS-enabled Hydrogen Production Plants, successfully securing over £1 billion in project funding. Previously, Bright held the role of Finance Manager at ContourGlobal, where project governance and financial planning were key responsibilities, alongside managing stakeholder relations and driving finance process improvements. Prior experiences include positions as Finance Specialist at Sterling Bank Plc, Executive Trainee at Equitorial Trust Bank Limited, and Banking Officer at First Bank of Nigeria plc. Bright's educational background encompasses an MSc in Infrastructure Investment and Finance from UCL, an MSc in Finance from the University of Lagos, and a BSc in Accounting from Ambrose Alli University, along with a CPFA certification in Project Financial Modelling and Development.
