Josh Hickman

Josh Hickman is a skilled Production Team Leader with extensive experience in the oil industry. Currently working at Essar Oil (UK) Limited, Josh manages the shift operations team overseeing various processes such as Crude Distillation and Catalytic Reforming. Prior to this role, Josh worked at Shell as a Qualified Production Team Leader and also has experience as an Apprentice and Process Operator. Josh holds a Higher National Diploma in Operations Engineering from St Helens College.
