Nimish Khare has an extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Nimish started their career as a Management Trainee-HRD at Tecumseh Products Company in 2000. After that, they worked as an Associate Staff Consultant at STMicroelectronics Ltd. from 2001 to 2003. Nimish then joined Infosys Technologies as an Associate Manager-HRD from 2003 to 2004.
In 2004, they joined Wipro Technologies where they held various roles including Business HR Leader-Talent Engagement & Development and Head of HR for the UK/Ireland & Nordics Region and Europe Sales Organization. From 2012 to 2020, Nimish worked as the Vice President - HR at Coforge, where they led HR operations for a $170m business unit with 800+ employees across the UK and Europe. Nimish had budget responsibility and played a key role in the company's HR strategies.
In 2020, Nimish joined LTIMindtree as the Head HR - UK & Europe, where they continued to contribute to the HR functions of the company until 2023. Currently, they are serving as the Chief People Officer at Essar Oil (UK) Limited.
Nimish Khare has a degree in Personnel Management (MPM) from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune. Nimish also holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E.) from Government Engineering College. Additionally, they have a certification in Chartered MCIPD from the CIPD institution.
