John Naccarato

John Naccarato has a diverse work experience starting in 1989 as a Manager in Market Development at ArcelorMittal Dofasco. In this role, they were responsible for market and product development initiatives. John then moved on to become an Assistant Corporate Secretary at the same company. Here, they negotiated long-term procurement contracts and managed the IP portfolio.

In 1996, they joined Bracknell Corporation/State Group Electric as an EVP General Counsel. In this role, they led merger and acquisition teams and managed public and private financings.

In 2000, Naccarato became the President CEO of Neal Electric Corp., where they implemented organizational and cultural changes, improved profitability and working capital management, and refocused the company's commercial strategy.

John Naccarato has a diverse educational background. In 1985, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Materials Engineering, specializing in metals, polymers, composites, and ceramics from Western University. Following this, from 1993 to 1996, they attended the University of Windsor Law and earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree, focusing on corporate finance and intellectual property.

Later, in 2004, John attended American Metal Markets for Steel Success Strategies Seminars. John also briefly attended Levinson Institute in 2007, where they completed studies in Strategic Leadership and Organization Development.
