Essco Calibration Laboratory
Trey Colbert is a skilled Metrologist at Essco Calibration Laboratory, providing expertise since January 2017. Previously, Trey worked as a Calibration Technician II at St. Jude Medical, where support was offered to manufacturing, reliability, and R&D departments. Trey’s career began in the United States Marine Corps, serving as a Calibration Technician, where foundational knowledge in electrical and electronic theory was gained, alongside extensive experience maintaining avionics systems and a variety of test equipment. Trey also served as Calibration Laboratory Standards Manager, overseeing the calibration standard inventory of approximately 600 items. Trey holds education credentials from the College of the Desert, completed between 2016 and 2020.

Essco Calibration Laboratory provides calibration services for a wide variety of commercial test equipment.Capabilities include electronic, mechanical, fiber-optic, temperature,pressure,mass flow and torque instrumentation. The company is accredited to ISO/IEC 17025. All calibrations are traceable to NIST. Our ~90 employees represent one the the largest independent calibration facilities in the United States. We perform approximately 50 percent of our calibrations onsite and the other 50 percent at our state of the art laboratory's in Chelmsford, Massachusetts. Essco has over 3,500 customers throughout the United States and 15 foreign countries.
