Jonathan Mertz

Jonathan Mertz is an accomplished Network Infrastructure Engineer with extensive experience in network management and engineering from December 2019 to the present at Esse Health, and prior roles spanning various organizations. Notably, at BJC HealthCare, Jonathan became a Subject Matter Expert on Solarwinds Orion, Checkpoint, and Cisco ASA Firewalls, while also providing training and support to fellow team members. Prior roles included Network and System Engineer at American Equity Mortgage, where Jonathan implemented monitoring software and managed server environments, and Network Engineer at Aclara, focusing on switch replacement and performance monitoring. Jonathan's technical proficiency is supported by a Master’s degree in Information Science and Technology and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from the Missouri University of Science and Technology.
