Frédérique Muller

Frédérique Muller is an accomplished HR professional currently serving as Responsable Carrière et RH at ESSEC Alumni since July 2020, where initiatives include partnerships with certified coaches and the organization of career workshops. In addition, Frédérique co-presides G16 Careers, an association representing career services from 23 leading French schools. With extensive experience at YOUR IT FACTORY as Responsable Ressources Humaines, Frédérique has defined and implemented HR policies, while prior roles at SFR involved managing significant HR transformation projects and leading customer support teams. Educational credentials include a Mastère Spécialisé in Human Resources from ESSEC Business School and an engineering degree in IT from CY Tech.
