Tina Robiolle

Tina Robiolle, PhD, serves as the Director of Academic Affairs and Adjunct Professor at ESSEC Business School, where responsibilities include designing curricula and teaching courses in negotiation, conflict management, and research methods. In addition, Tina is a Lecturer and Co-Assistant Dean at Sciences Po's Paris School of International Affairs, overseeing the Master in Human Rights and Humanitarian Action Program. Tina's involvement extends to various leadership roles, including serving on the Board of Directors for ESSEC Alumni and The Bridgeway Group, as well as co-founding the Afghan Women Leaders Initiative. Educational qualifications include a PhD in International Affairs from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and an MBA from ESSEC Business School.
