Fabio Fiorelli has extensive experience in the retail sector, currently serving as a Senior Buyer at Esselunga since June 2017, after progressing from a Junior Buyer and Assistente Compratore Drogheria at the same company from January 2012 to April 2017. Prior to this, Fabio worked in the Fresh Food purchasing direction at Auchan S.p.A. from May 2011 to December 2011. Fabio holds a Master’s degree in SMEA Economia del Sistema Agroalimentare with a focus on General Management from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (2010-2011), as well as two degrees in Food Technology from Università degli Studi di Foggia, one completed in 2007 and the second in 2010.
