Danielle Keiser has a diverse range of work experience in the fields of women's health and wellness, menstrual health advocacy, and innovation. Danielle co-founded and is the managing partner of Madami, an advisory and innovation agency focused on women's health and wellness. In this role, they are responsible for business development, client management, marketing, project delivery, and people management. Additionally, Danielle is a founder advisor at Essence Labs, a digital self-care coach for women, girls, and people with periods. Danielle provides support to the CEO and co-founder in areas related to menstrual health.

Danielle also worked as a consultant for Bfree Cup, where they developed marketing and sales strategies. Danielle was the founder and executive director of the Menstrual Health Hub, a global nonprofit organization that advocates for menstrual health and women's well-being. In this role, they established and cultivated a global network and online platform, as well as led fundraising and sponsorship efforts.

Furthermore, Danielle has been involved in various initiatives and communities related to women's health and empowerment. Danielle co-founded Clitpix, a digital art collection using NFTs to support global efforts to improve women's health. Danielle also participated in Sextech School as a cohort alumni and SheFi as a DeFi and crypto educational initiative alumni.

Danielle's prior experience includes working as a Menstrual Health & Hygiene (MHH) Innovation Consultant for UNICEF, where they coordinated projects and trainings for the Duke-UNICEF Innovation Accelerator. Danielle also served as a corporate venture communications and partnerships manager at wincubator, connecting a German manufacturer with the startup world.

Earlier in their career, Danielle worked with Menstrual Hygiene Day and WASH United in various roles, including global advocacy alliance coordinator, partnerships manager, and communications manager. In these positions, they developed and implemented communication strategies, managed online platforms, and advocated for menstrual hygiene.

Danielle Keiser completed their Bachelor's degree in Politics and Sociology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, between 2003 and 2007. Danielle then pursued a Master's degree in Global Visual Communication at Jacobs University Bremen from 2010 to 2012. Currently, in 2023, Danielle is enrolled in a certificate program at The Integrative Women's Health Institute, specializing in Perimenopause and Menopause.
