Elina Valeeva

Elina Valeeva has an extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Elina co-founded Essence Labs in 2022 and currently serves as the CEO. Prior to this, they co-founded and served as the CEO of Meditivity, a science-based app that helps users achieve goals and form habits. Elina was also a German Chancellor Fellow at the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation from 2021 to 2023. Elina has been involved in the Women in Tech movement, where they served as the Global Program Director and Head of the WiT Chapter. In these roles, they led initiatives such as the Women's Global Mentoring Program and launched an online course on Quality Assurance. Elina has also worked as a Senior Business Analyst at LLC "LegalExcellence", providing legal and consulting services to various businesses. Additionally, they participated in the 2019 YTILI Fellowship program, a collaboration between the U.S. Department of State and the German Marshall Fund of the United States. Elina's experience also includes their role as the CEO of Brainfest, an edutainment company with subsidiaries in 14 cities. Elina successfully developed and launched new edutainment products and led a cross-functional team in expanding to multiple cities.

Elina Valeeva's education history began in 2005 when they enrolled at Bashkir State University. Elina pursued a Master's degree in International Relations and successfully completed it in 2010. Alongside their studies in International Relations, they also obtained a Master's degree in Law from Bashkir State University during the same period.

In 2009, Elina had the opportunity to attend CY Cergy Paris Université as an exchange student, where they focused on International Relations and Affairs.
