🗣 Essence is a proven discussion group concept that helps people deal better and more constructive with personal problems and emotional challenges.

🧚🏻♀️ Essence enables users to get a better understanding of their own difficult topics from the past and present in a simple, beneficial way. Regular participation in an Essence discussion group can noticeably alleviate everyday psychological stress.

🧠 Essence has been proven to reduce diffuse brooding and mental waste. It releases the attention capacity, which is urgently needed to focus on solutions.

🧘🏼♀️🏆🍀 Essence differs substantially from many digital mental health offers, as the concept is based on lively interpersonal interaction. Essence uses the dynamics, empathy and tension of natural, free communication, but effectively minimizes the risk of escalation, based on a proprietary reflection process that has been tested and optimized for more than 2 years.
