Michele T Ghee

Michele T Ghee currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Expectant Media, beginning in September 2023. Previously, Ghee held leadership roles at Allen Media Broadcasting and theGrio as President of Multicultural Advertising and President, respectively, from August 2022 to October 2023. Ghee's past experience includes serving as Chief Executive Officer for EBONY & JET from January 2021 to July 2022, where significant relaunch initiatives were undertaken, restoring advertiser trust and innovative programming. Other notable positions include Executive Vice President at 160over90 and Senior Vice President at BET Networks, along with various sales roles in the media industry over a 20-year career. Ghee holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Golden Gate University and additional certifications related to diversity, equity, and leadership from prestigious institutions including Cornell University and Harvard Business School.
