Jonathan Schnapp

Jonathan Schnapp has a diverse work experience in various roles. Jonathan started their career at Varian, Inc. as an Electronic Design Engineer from January 2003 to May 2007. Jonathan then worked at Compumedics Limited as a Medical Innovation Engineer from May 2007 to November 2008. Jonathan joined FPA Patent Attorneys as a Senior Associate in December 2008 and stayed with the company until April 2017. After that, they worked at Ehrlich Group as a Technical Advisor / Australian Patent Attorney from September 2017 to February 2018. Currently, Jonathan is working at Essence Group as an IP Director, starting from February 2018.

Jonathan Schnapp completed a Bachelor of Science in Physiology at Monash University from 1997 to 1999. From 1997 to 2002, they also pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical and Computer Systems) at the same institution. Later on, from 2009 to 2012, they obtained a Master of Intellectual Property Law from the University of Melbourne.
