Danielle Vogado has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as Head of Human Development at MIGNOW since December 2021, focusing on automating processes related to SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA. Simultaneously, Danielle holds roles as Gerente de Pessoas e Cultura and Coordenadora de Pessoas e Cultura at ESSENCE. Prior to these positions, Danielle co-founded Minimalista!, a consultancy aimed at enhancing employee experience and employer branding, and worked at Matchbox Brasil as a Senior Recruitment & Selection Consultant. Notable earlier roles include Analyst positions at Page Outsourcing and Engeform Construções e Comércio Ltda., where Danielle managed recruitment processes and ensured project quality.
