David Pfister

David Pfister is an accomplished Director of Content Strategy at EssenceMediacom, where expertise includes designing and growing a specialized performance content strategy practice, hiring and leading a team of 10, and achieving significant increases in organic search and traffic results. As an Independent Consultant, David serves as a Strategy Advisor, providing guidance on strategy, content, and creative initiatives. Previous experience includes serving as Content Director at Agenda NYC, where responsibilities expanded to multi-channel creative and strategy for Fortune 500 clients, and Managing Editor at Fine Creative Media, Inc., with a focus on digital and social media marketing. David also established a freelance content marketing business in Amsterdam prior to obtaining an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management and a BA from Wesleyan University.
