Oliver Scargill

Oliver Scargill currently serves as the Head of OpenMind UK at GroupM and as a Partner and Springboard Lead at EssenceMediacom, both positions held since 2023. Prior to these roles, Oliver held the position of Partner and Business Director at MediaCom from 2012 to 2024, overseeing accounts for clients such as Direct Line, Churchill, Green Flag, and Privilege. Oliver also gained experience as Head of TV at The ComFederation and as TV Group Manager at Walker Media. Earlier career experience includes serving as an Export Administrator at Frank Wright. Oliver holds a degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Reading.
