Troy Rau

Troy Rau is an experienced professional in digital investment and media management, currently serving as Associate Director of Digital Investment at EssenceMediacom since July 2022. Prior to this role, Troy held positions such as Investment Manager at MediaCom and various management roles at Mindshare, specializing in Facebook and significant clients like Kimberly Clark. Previous experience includes a Media Associate position at Spark Foundry and labor roles in construction and bartending. Troy's earlier career also includes military service as an Airman in the US Navy and an internship as a Video Editor with Deep End Films. Troy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Cinematography and Film/Video Production from Grand Valley State University and completed training through the LIUNA Training & Apprenticeship program.
