Andy Kiss

Andy Kiss is the current Senior Vice President of Information Technology at Essendant. Andy has over 20 years of experience in leadership roles in the IT industry.

Kiss began their career in 2002 as the Director of Technical Operations at Culligan International. Andy then moved to Pactiv Corporation in 2006, where they served as the Executive Director of Technology Management until 2011. In 2012, they joined IDEX Corporation as Vice President of Information Technology, where they served for nine years until 2020.

Throughout their career, Kiss has been responsible for providing executive leadership within the Office of the CIO for various Corporate IT service towers supporting locations worldwide. Andy has also been responsible for leading cross-functional units from all levels of the organization and developing lean, high performing teams that solve problems in innovative ways.

In their most recent role at Essendant, Kiss has exposed technology-based cost levers as a tool to enable fact-based decisions. Andy has also improved the enterprise cost model to reduce spend to 0.8% of total revenues while enabling concurrent business growth in a sustainable manner.

Andy Kiss attended Loyola University Chicago, where they earned a B.S. in mathematics. Andy also holds a certification from the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional.
