Joseph Molluso

Joseph Molluso serves as the Recruiting Officer for Women's football at Essendon Football Club since January 2022, focusing on identifying talent across various levels and reporting on games attended. Previously, Joseph worked as a Recruiting Assistant, assisting in player recruitment during the NAB AFLW draft and creating weekly match reports. From March 2019 to February 2023, Joseph held the position of Talent Manager at AFL Outer East, managing U13's-17's interleague development squads and selecting teams for championships. Additionally, Joseph served as a Recruiter for the Eastern Ranges Football Club, scouting junior football matches and monitoring players in the region. Joseph's career also includes experience as Merchandise Sales Support at Nutrien Ag Solutions from April 2017 to January 2023. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Sport Development from Deakin University and graduated from Mount Lilydale Mercy College.
