Feng Liu

Feng Liu has been in the software development industry since 2000, when they joined Bell Labs, Lucent as a Multimedia department. In 2002, they joined Avaya as a Research Scientist, where they worked on HA (High Availability) platform based on virtualization platform Xen and Remus, Communication enablement of SaaS and Salesforce.com, and Integrating communications services (presence, conference, etc.). In 2011, they joined Citigroup as VP and led the development of Citigroup's Credit Core Services, which include big data storage (HBase), messaging (Kafka/EMS), and data aggregation (Spark). In 2018, they joined Essenlix Corporation as Principal Software Developer and was responsible for cloud infrastructure for machine learning algorithms on Amazon AWS, design/develop Essenlix AI platform for company's blood testing application on Amazon AWS, and developed a messaging-based asynchronous framework for communications of modules using RabbitMQ.

Feng Liu earned a Master's degree in Communications and Electronics Engineering from Xidian University between 1991 and 1997.
